WHAT WE DO
services
We deliver end-to-end metalworking solutions, from high- and low-volume presswork across 3 to 200 tonnes to comprehensive in-house assemblies using welding, riveting and insertion processes. Our expert toolmakers design, build, modify and maintain tooling while overseeing all subcontract tooling and try-outs for reliable, consistent production.
Presswork
High volume coil fed progression presswork 50 tonnes to 200 tonnes to low volume stage work 3 tonnes to 200 tonnes and everything in between.
Assemblies
In-house multi pressed and bought out part assemblies using – Spot/Projection/MIG/TIG welding, Riveting and subcontract brazing. Also, Thread/Bush Insertion and thread Tapping.
Toolmaking
In-house tool design, manufacture, modification and production maintenance. Management of subcontract tooling and try-out.
